FIND A ROSE IN THE DAVID AUSTIN BUD

Background

The David Austin Bud was planted in 2000 and officially opened in 2001, at the same time as the Australian Leaf. The Bud was made possible with grants from Parks Victoria and David Austin Roses. It showcases David Austin Roses, now known as "English Roses". The English Roses are extremely vigourous in the climate of the Victoria State Rose Garden, growing well in excess of the projected sizes shown in catalogues.
